Our hips support the spine and the knees. When they are out of balance, we can experience hip, lower back and knee pain and more. This lab teaches a few new and effective ways of strengthening areas of the hips that are not as commonly strengthened and has you learn to relax areas that are usually tight and that we don't normally emphasize relaxing, putting your hips in balance.
Joint Labs are movement classes combined with education. In the first five minutes you get to ask questions at the beginning of class and have the mechanics, alignment, physiology and energetics explained so you get to experience your practice in your body on another level. Learn how to align and develop balance in your joints and strengthen all the supporting muscles so your body moves comfortably, allowing you to do the things you love with ease for the long-term.
Please leave an extra 10 minutes after the class to relax in the last pose given. This will increase the therapeutic tremendously.
