This gentle class focuses on keeping the joints healthy. It is interactive and includes breath and movement. The only thing you need is a chair. Wear comfortable clothing and get ready to feel great!

Understand how the tension in your neck is connected to the tension in your lower back and even your calves! You'll leave with better posture and be free of the tension and tightness in your neck.

JOINT LAB: Shoulder Mobility (free online via Zoom)
This 45-minute joint lab will teach movement that enhances shoulder joint mobility. You will leave feeling freer in the neck and shoulders with more range of motion, smooth movement in the ball and socket in the shoulder capsule..
Joint Labs are movement classes combined with education. These labs touch on the mechanics, alignment, physiology and energetics of the joint so you get to experience your practice in your body on another level. Learn how to align and develop balance in your joints and strengthen all the supporting muscles so your body moves comfortably, allowing you to do the things you love with ease for the long-term.
You will have an understanding on joint longevity, movements on how to strengthen the weak areas, how to loosen the tight ones without consequence and small, easy way additions you can make in your daily routine to support your joints for now and 20 years from now.
Please leave an extra 10 minutes after the class to relax in the last pose. This will increase the therapeutic benefits tremendously.
